Why do we insist so much on "distribution" and "sense of purpose"? I believe it stems from my own MVV, which is rooted in my view of life and death.
In my previous IT venture, I spent 10 years selling mobile management software to 600,000 users, experiencing an average business growth of 130%. Having started when the SaaS business was not yet established, I personally learned both the difficulty of accumulating monthly recurring revenue and the tangible sense of pioneering the market step by step.
Joining as the first sales employee, becoming a section chief in 3 years, and then sales general manager 9 years later, working with over 30 team members, I valued "goals" and "dreams." However, I also felt the difficulty of supporting the "dreams" of team members alongside business growth. I asked myself again, "Can't we better support diligent people in realizing their dreams?"
The answer to that question was connected to my fundamental "view of life and death." When I was in first grade, I was in a traffic accident and hovered between life and death. That is my mission, having survived the accident and living for my father's share, and it is the reason I founded 01 Co., Ltd.
