Wiz (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President: Shun Yamazaki; hereafter “Wiz”) announces a strengthened partnership with MS&Consulting (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidetoshi Tsuji) in the research and consulting sector.

Through this collaboration, the companies will utilize MS&Consulting’s “CX Grid,” which enables continuous monitoring of customer experiences based on “target × life scene × timeline,” leveraging its panel of 620,000 consumers nationwide (as of February 2026). This will facilitate research and improvement proposals for diagnosing the current status of companies, brands, and stores. Furthermore, by combining Wiz’s core strengths in cost optimization BPO (telecommunications, water, and electricity) and AI/DX solutions, they will comprehensively support business growth and operations.

Additionally, through Wiz’s national sales network, service provision will be expanded to companies and stores that have not fully utilized research and consulting services to date. The goal is to establish a new business model that provides integrated support for “visualization of operations,” “execution of improvement measures,” “cost optimization,” and “AI/DX promotion.”

Furthermore, to drive the partnership from a management level, Wiz Representative Shun Yamazaki has been appointed Chairman of the Board of MS&Consulting. The companies are committed to enhancing the effectiveness of this partnership and increasing their mutual corporate value.

Background and Purpose

The business environment surrounding companies and stores is undergoing significant change due to severe labor shortages, rising raw material and energy costs, and the need for AI/DX adoption. In this context, accurate visualization of on-site operations and appropriate utilization of limited management resources are crucial for sustainable growth.

However, many companies and stores face the following challenges:

・Insufficient visualization of on-site business operations ・Difficulty in translating survey and analysis results into concrete improvement measures ・High fixed cost burdens, limiting budget available for AI/DX investment

To address these issues, both companies have decided to further strengthen their partnership.

Strengths of the Two Companies

MS&Consulting Strengths: Proven track record in research for retail and service industries. Utilizing the “CX Grid,” built on a base of 620,000 consumers, to monitor customer experience continuously from target, life scene, and timeline perspectives, along with consulting and training capabilities for food service, retail, and service businesses.

Wiz Strengths: As an IT trading company, it has a proven track record in lifestyle infrastructure. With a wide range of products including telecommunications, electricity, SaaS, and AI/DX solutions, it provides practical DX support combining cost optimization and operational efficiency.

By merging these strengths, this partnership provides end-to-end support from identifying field issues to cost structure optimization and AI/DX transformation. The objective is to simultaneously achieve “increased sales” and “strengthening of the structure for business growth,” which are directly linked to SME management issues.

Initiatives

The partnership will focus on the following two initiatives:

### 1. Collaboration in Research & Consulting Leveraging MS&Consulting’s nationwide panel of 620,000 consumers, the “CX Grid” captures customer experience at various touchpoints, from pre-purchase to usage scenes (e.g., one month or six months after purchase). Based on these findings, MS&Consulting consultants will analyze issues and propose concrete improvement measures. Furthermore, by utilizing Wiz’s national sales network, support will be expanded to enterprise segments that have had limited access to research services.

### 2. Collaboration in Cost Optimization and AI/DX Promotion For existing MS&Consulting customers, Wiz will provide cost optimization support for fixed expenses such as telecommunications, water, and electricity. Beyond simple cost reduction, they will leverage the created management resources to support operational efficiency and productivity improvement through the introduction of AI and DX tools. They will build an integrated support structure ranging from reviewing cost structures to realizing next-generation working styles.
