[Ogomi Liquor Store x Nishi Shuzo] Special Agent Contract Signed

Ogomi Liquor Store Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kagoshima, Kagoshima; Representative Director: Daiki Kamikawa; hereinafter 'Ogomi Liquor Store'), a group company of Wiz Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shun Yamazaki; hereinafter 'Wiz'), has recently signed a special agent contract with Nishi Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hioki City, Kagoshima; Representative Director: Yoichiro Nishi; hereinafter 'Nishi Shuzo'), a brewery boasting a 180-year history. With this agreement, Ogomi Liquor Store, as an official special agent for Nishi Shuzo, will deliver traditional Kagoshima alcoholic beverages nationwide.

## Background of the Special Agent Contract
Since its founding in 1939, Ogomi Liquor Store is a long-established liquor retailer that has been rooted in Kagoshima for 86 years, delivering unique liquors such as their private brand shochu 'Kamodengaku'. In recent years, they have focused on operating an EC site, advancing initiatives to deliver alcoholic beverages nationwide online. Nishi Shuzo, founded in 1845, is a representative Japanese brewery that has passionately continued sake brewing for about 180 years, pouring the blessings of the Satsuma earth into every single drop.
By combining the 'traditional Kagoshima sake brewing' that Nishi Shuzo has protected and the 'sales power' that Ogomi Liquor Store is strengthening, we aim to deliver the appealing liquors of Kagoshima to even more people, which led to this contract.

Ogomi Liquor Store will commence sales of all the following Nishi Shuzo products. We will handle a wide range of fine liquors that the brewery boasts, extending beyond shochu to include Japanese sake, wine, and whisky.
