The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) Tokyo Business Center (located in Shinjuku, Tokyo) has started a public call for proposals to select an operator for the planning and management of 'Japan-Korea Content Co-creation Week 2026'. This event is a new initiative aimed at promoting co-production and IP collaboration between Japanese and Korean content companies. The deadline for proposal submission is June 12, 2026 (Friday) at 15:00.

About 'Japan-Korea Content Co-creation Week 2026'

This event will bring together companies and industry stakeholders from Japan and Korea to facilitate information sharing and networking regarding co-production and IP collaboration. Through diverse programs such as business matching, forums, and workshops, the event aims to create new business and collaboration opportunities for companies from both countries.

In recent years, interest in cross-border co-production and IP utilization has been growing in both Japan and Korea's content industries. This event responds to such demand and will develop as a platform for continuous exchange and collaboration between Japanese and Korean companies.

Main Tasks

The selected operator will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Planning and management of the Co-production Strategy Forum - Management of co-production pitches, business matching, and workshops - Planning and production of an IP exhibition space by CKL resident companies - Public relations and branding for the event, etc.
