Komono Town in Mie Prefecture has started selling a "1DAY PASS" inside the community bus "Kamoshika-go" from April, Reiwa 8 (2026), to make it more convenient for users.

The "1DAY PASS" is an unlimited ride ticket that allows passengers to freely get on and off the community bus as many times as they wish, only on the day of purchase. It is an affordable and convenient service for those who use the bus multiple times a day for shopping, hospital visits, sightseeing, and other purposes.

Overview of the 1DAY PASS

Usage: Unlimited rides on the community bus "Kamoshika-go" only on the day of purchase.

Fares

General: 500 yen Elementary school students, those aged 65 and over, those with disability certificates, and those who have surrendered their driver's licenses: 300 yen

How to purchase

Available for purchase inside the community bus. Please inform the driver when you first alight on the day of use.

After purchase, by presenting the 1DAY PASS when alighting, you can freely get on and off as many times as you wish on that day.

The community bus "Kamoshika-go" operates as a familiar means of transportation supporting mobility within the town.

The introduction of this 1DAY PASS will enable more casual and convenient use.

About the Community Bus "Kamoshika-go"

The community bus "Kamoshika-go" is a public transportation service that circulates within Komono Town, connecting public facilities and Komono Kosei Hospital, with Komono Station and "Keyaki (Komono Town Health and Welfare Center)" and "Komono Town Hall" as its bases.

At places like the Asagami Area Community Center, transfers to shared taxis are also possible, allowing travel to various areas within the town.

It does not operate on Sundays and during the New Year holidays (December 29 - January 3).

Also, please note that cancellations or delays may occur due to heavy snow, freezing, heavy rain, etc., so please be careful when using the service.

The "Kamoshika-go" currently operates with two types of buses.
