Akita Prefecture will host the 'Prefectural Food Materials Matching Fair' to connect local food businesses with buyers from within and outside the prefecture. This year, 104 companies are scheduled to exhibit, including 28 that are either new participants or have not exhibited within the past three years. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience Akita-exclusive products firsthand and hear directly from producers and manufacturers. We welcome buyers from food-related companies across Japan.
Please note that this event operates on a pre-registration basis. All attendees must register in advance via the dedicated website. If you wish to schedule face-to-face individual meetings with exhibitors, please make reservations through the website.
The fair will include exhibition booths, pre-booked private business meetings, food tasting samples, and promotional displays of Akita's local food ingredients.
