[Sponsored by Fukushima Prefecture] Singles Mixer Event for People in Their 20s and 30s Working in the Prefecture: "MeetUP Fukushima 2026" to be Held!

Fukushima Prefecture will hold a social gathering event "MeetUP Fukushima 2026" for single people in their 20s and 30s who live or work in Fukushima Prefecture.

MeetUP Fukushima is a social event where participants can naturally connect with their peers through shared interests. The event aims to provide a place where people can easily participate based on common hobbies such as sports, food, the outdoors, and crafts, and meet like-minded friends and discover new ways to spend their weekends.

This year, a total of 12 events will be held across the prefecture. In addition to the usual social gatherings, tour-type events to rediscover local attractions will also be implemented!

Recruitment for the 1st Event Begins!

The first event will be held on Sunday, July 12th, at the shores of Lake Inawashiro, a summer social gathering where participants can enjoy SUP and a live BBQ.

Participants can enjoy SUP and recreational activities while feeling the openness of Lake Inawashiro, and then socialize over a live BBQ. Since SUP is conducted in shifts, conversation flows naturally through recreational activities during waiting times, making it easy even for first-timers to participate. This is a summer social event typical of MeetUP Fukushima, allowing participants to experience both the exhilaration of physical activity and the relaxed atmosphere of sharing a meal.
