First Steamship announced that subsidiary Xinshengyang Development changed its real estate purchase plan due to regulations restricting corporate residential purchases. It will now acquire 12th and 13th-floor office units and 8 parking spaces in the Nanjing Health Urban Renewal Project from related party Jiateng Construction. The transaction is capped at NT$391.9 million, significantly lower than the appraised value of NT$700 million. This acquisition aligns with their operational strategy.
