Toyota City and NPO manma are collaborating to launch the 'Family Homestay Program' for young people.
This program, commissioned by Toyota City and planned/operated by NPO manma, offers young people who have concerns or interests about their future work, marriage, and child-rearing an opportunity to visit child-rearing families. Through interaction with children and dialogue with families, participants can concretely consider their future life plans.
The aim is to create an opportunity for young people to positively envision their own future by experiencing diverse family forms and the realities of balancing child-rearing and work.
This project has received high satisfaction from participants in other municipalities where it has been implemented and is a first-time initiative for Toyota City.
