The Japan Para Powerlifting Federation (hereinafter "the Federation") is pleased to announce that it has renewed its sponsorship contract with DENBA JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "DENBA JAPAN"), continuing the partnership for fiscal year 2026.
Para powerlifting is a sport that challenges limits through daily efforts. The philosophy of DENBA JAPAN, "contributing to the vitality and conditioning improvement of people," aligns closely with the Federation, and both parties have continued their partnership since last year.
In this second year, under the common theme of "conditioning and performance improvement," the Federation will combine the recovery value proposed by DENBA JAPAN with the exercise and strength improvement value promoted by the Federation, contributing to the creation of a society where many people can engage in daily activities and challenges in better condition.
About "Co-creation"

In para powerlifting, not only daily training but also proper recovery are important elements for improving competitive performance. Some Japanese national team athletes, including Tetsuo Nishizaki, use DENBA products for overseas trips and daily conditioning.
Meanwhile, the Federation works to promote physical activity and improve performance through strength training. DENBA JAPAN contributes from the recovery aspect, while the Federation contributes from the exercise and strength improvement aspect, both aiming to help people maintain a healthy body to continue challenging themselves for a long time. Going forward, they will leverage each other's strengths to jointly promote initiatives focused on conditioning and performance improvement.
The 9th Challenge Cup Kyoto Tournament
At the 9th Challenge Cup Kyoto held on May 30-31, 2026, DENBA JAPAN set up an experience booth, providing visitors with the opportunity to try recovery equipment.
Additionally, through the display of banners and other materials, they supported the tournament operation. As participation prizes, they provided all competing athletes with the mascot character "Denbanyan."
On the first day of the tournament, they served as medal presenters, awarding medals to winning athletes. At the same tournament's "2025 Athlete of the Year" awards, they presented a commemorative trophy to Kentaro Higuchi, who was selected as the Athlete of the Year for achieving the highest world ranking among Japanese athletes in 2025.
Future Outlook
Going forward, both parties will continue to not only improve performance at competition sites but also carry out activities aimed at realizing a society where many people, regardless of disability, can continue to challenge themselves vigorously.
