On Saturday, June 13, 2026, Reference Nishi-Shinjuku Daikyo Building Meeting Room S501 (5F, Nishi-Shinjuku Daikyo Building, 7-21-3 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-0023), the 2026 General Meeting of Certified Specified Non-Profit Activity Corporations, the National Council of Citizen Welfare Organizations, was held.

<Conditions for Validity> It was confirmed that the meeting's resolutions were valid in accordance with Article 28 of the organization's articles of incorporation.

<Results Report> All of the above agenda items were unanimously passed and approved. Additionally, newly appointed directors this year: Senior Managing Director Takatsugu Yoshimura of Orange Coop / Sennan Consumer Cooperative Executive Officer Yuko Murayama of Zennosai Wick gave greetings upon their appointment. Thank you also to all retiring members.
