[Hamada Syuzou x United Arrows] Pineapple-flavored Shochu 'HAMADA UA Lab. Shochu Fizz Pine Punch' to be Released June 5th!

Hamada Syuzou Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ichikikushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture; President: Kotaro Hamada) will collaborate with United Arrows Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshinori Matsuzaki) to release a new authentic shochu, 'HAMADA UA Lab. Shochu Fizz Pine Punch', on June 5, 2026 (Friday). HAMADA UA Lab. Shochu Fizz Pine Punch is a new type of sweet potato shochu born from a collaboration with 'UNITED ARROWS BOTTLE SHOP', a liquor label developed by United Arrows. We used milk in the process of making sweet potato shochu and carefully finished it with unique fermentation and distillation technology. A rich aroma reminiscent of pineapple spreads vividly, and when you take a sip, the sweet and sour aroma harmonizes with the deep flavor unique to sweet potato shochu. You can enjoy a one-of-a-kind shochu with a rich yet light aftertaste. ■ Product Overview In this collaboration, we pursued a new liquor quality through repeated prototyping and evaluation. As a result, an impactful authentic shochu was born, with a 'pineapple aroma despite being sweet potato shochu'. When mixed with carbonated water, its individuality spreads even more vividly. ■ Manufacturing Process Mr. Suzuki, the person in charge of the collaboration from United Arrows, visited the brewery to design the liquor quality while performing shochu making work and tasting. ■ About Aromatic Shochu In recent years, the 'aromatic shochu' category has been attracting attention in the shochu industry. Products based on fruity aromas, such as the authentic sweet potato shochu 'DAIYAME' with a lychee aroma, have been released by various breweries. It is expanding the market as an entry point to shochu, mainly for light users such as those who have never drunk shochu before or those who have a dislike for it. This product utilizes our know-how cultivated so far to realize a pineapple-like taste.
