Compared to existing equipment, molding speed has been significantly improved, and post-molding processes have also been shortened, allowing us to contribute to shortening our customers' prototyping and development lead times more than ever before.

[Background]

In Japan's manufacturing industry, there is an increasing demand for both speed and quality in the prototyping and development process. We have introduced the latest 3D printer to immediately respond to customer needs such as "I want to confirm the shape as soon as possible."

The main benefits of introducing this machine are as follows:

Molding speed improved by approximately 1.5 times

Compared to conventional machines, the molding speed has improved by approximately 1.5 times (*varies depending on the shape). This allows for a significant reduction in lead time for prototyping and sample production.

Post-processes significantly shortened

With this machine, the model material and support material can be easily separated by hand, eliminating the need for support material removal using solutions and washing/drying processes that were previously required. Delivery and shape confirmation are possible immediately after molding.
