Laforet Harajuku to Host a Series of Summer Pop-Up Shops, Featuring 'Furifu' Separate Yukata and a 'Pingu x Hapidanbui' Collaboration Store

Laforet Harajuku will be introducing a succession of high-profile, limited-time shops again this summer.

In July, Tsukikageya, celebrating its 25th anniversary, will appear with items that are even more glamorous and playful than usual. Additionally, a collection of limited-time shops will propose new ways to enjoy kimonos, including 'Furifu,' which offers separate yukatas enjoyable even for beginners, and 'MIKI SAKURA,' which features many one-of-a-kind works by artists. This will be an opportunity to find a unique piece that expresses your personality and discover new charms of Japanese attire.

Furthermore, a collaboration event, 'Pingu x Hapidanbui POP UP STORE -KAKIGORI PARTY-,' will be held from Wednesday, June 24 to Monday, July 6. This event features the Swiss-born popular character 'Pingu,' celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2025, and 'Hapidanbui,' celebrating its 5th anniversary in 2025. The event will debut collaboration goods between Pingu and Hapidanbui, as well as pre-selling mascots of each character, delivering a must-see project packed with their charms.

At the entrance of the 'Market of Love and Madness,' a new installation, 'Kagami-yo no Matsu,' will be unveiled. The work by artist yooolk, based on motifs of light, reflection, and bonsai, will draw visitors in to become part of the artwork.

<1F ENTRANCE SPACE> Tsukikageya

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Tsukikageya will host a POP UP SHOP with new items like the 'glittering sukiya bag.' The brand has gained support for its high quality, backed by traditional artisan techniques, and its unique style. This time, a 'sukiya bag glittering with crystals' that can be paired with an obi will also be newly available.

**Wednesday, June 24 - Monday, July 6**

<5F MAKE THE STAGE> Pingu × Hapidanbui POP UP STORE -KAKIGORI PARTY-

A collaboration between 'Pingu,' celebrating its 45th anniversary, and 'Hapidanbui,' celebrating its 5th, has been realized. With summery art themed around 'shaved ice,' the pop-up store will pre-sell collaboration goods and mascots. Customers who purchase over 2,200 JPY (tax incl.) will receive a hologram sticker.

**Pingu Collaboration Menu at 2F MILK MILK MILK!**

Coinciding with the pop-up store, 2F MILK MILK MILK! will offer limited items such as 'Pingu's Cheerful Milk Bottle.' For purchases of 1,500 JPY (tax incl.) or more on menu items and goods, customers will receive a limited edition postcard.

## Yukata IN LAFORET

From Saturday, July 4 to Tuesday, July 21, 'Yukata IN LAFORET' will be held at the 2F CONTAINER. Six unique kimono brands and popular artists will open limited-time shops, including 'Furifu' and 'MIKI SAKURA.'

**Saturday, July 4 - Sunday, July 12**

- **iroca**: Will feature new yukatas and obis under the theme 'Psychedelic.' Guest brand 'PieniSieni,' a 3D embroidery artist, will also participate.
- **Furifu**: Will offer an original yukata collection themed 'WANDER LUST,' a limited-edition yukata in collaboration with the anime 'JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind,' and easy-to-wear 'separate yukatas.'
- **Kyoto Tegaki Yuzen Ao**: Features one-of-a-kind hand-painted yukatas by a Kyoto nure-gaki yuzen artist. Custom orders will also be accepted.

**Tuesday, July 14 - Tuesday, July 21**

- **MIKI SAKURA**: Centered on lace kimonos, the shop will gather one-of-a-kind items by popular artists. A wide variety of decorative obis will also be available.
- **Himitsu no Hyakkaten (Secret Department Store)**: Four brands will propose new yukata coordinations under the theme 'Let's go eat something delicious wearing a yukata!'
