I have taken rice for granted until now.
Last year, I had more opportunities to go out, and my perspective broadened!
I believe rice is deeply familiar to us and indispensable in our daily lives. I knew the process of rice farming, but by being involved from scratch, I wanted to learn about the gratitude for the rice we eat daily and the difficulty of growing it!
I also learned that Japanese sake has traditionally been drunk for celebrations and as gifts, so as I approach my 10th anniversary next year, I want to celebrate with everyone, and thus I am taking on this challenge!
