YUIDEA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kazuhiro Hosoya) will hold the first session of its "Sustainability Management Promotion & Information Disclosure/Branding Continuous Seminar" (details: https://sustainability-communicate.com/seminar202606-08), a free online seminar titled "The 7 Basics Needed for Internal Penetration of Sustainability," on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
[Seminar Overview]
The term "internal penetration" is often discussed, but what exactly does internal penetration mean in the context of sustainability? It can be described as a state where everyone, from directors such as the president and chairman to each individual employee on the front lines, understands the importance of sustainability and what they should do, and is taking action. Furthermore, it is crucial that this understanding extends beyond the company to customers, suppliers, and investors, gaining their cooperation, and that all of these elements are seamlessly integrated. YUIDEA has comprehensively supported numerous companies over many years, from assisting management to internal initiatives and information disclosure. From this practical experience, we have identified structural causes common to many companies that hinder internal penetration and have developed countermeasures. In this seminar, we will first clarify these common causes and then explain important concepts and approaches for promoting internal penetration. Additionally, a producer with extensive experience in supporting internal penetration will introduce the latest specific examples.
The concepts and countermeasures introduced in this seminar are not merely for promoting internal penetration. They will also help the personnel in charge gain confidence while securing understanding from management, leading to an enhanced presence and credibility of the sustainability department within the company. This will contribute to creating an environment that facilitates the promotion of a series of planned sustainability-related initiatives, leading to consistent information disclosure and branding.
[Recommended for]
This seminar is the first of a four-part "Sustainability Management Promotion & Information Disclosure/Branding Continuous Seminar."
