TATRAS Holds Special Event "THE CRAFT JOURNEY" at TATRAS Ginza and Osaka Stores to Celebrate Summer Season

TATRAS, a brand known for its high-quality materials, beautiful silhouettes, and urban, sophisticated apparel, will hold a special in-store event focused on the beauty of craftsmanship, titled "THE CRAFT JOURNEY," for a limited time at TATRAS Ginza and TATRAS Osaka stores to commemorate the arrival of the Summer Season.

"THE CRAFT JOURNEY" is a special store event designed to allow visitors to experience the value of manufacturing that TATRAS has cherished, through space, experience, and products.

TATRAS has continued its manufacturing process with meticulous attention to detail, even in unseen areas, from material selection to sewing.

This event will introduce TATRAS's underlying "attitude towards manufacturing" by focusing on the expression of embroidery.

In addition to selling one-of-a-kind art pieces and special products made with traditional embroidery techniques, the event will feature a variety of craft expressions, including a customization service using digital embroidery and spatial arrangements using plants.

It is an opportunity to experience firsthand the value of craftsmanship that TATRAS has cherished, through a space where tradition and innovation, handwork and modernity intersect.

The venue will feature a special collection by embroidery artist Pom Zyquita. Ms. Zyquita, who currently serves as the representative for the Japanese operations of "Hand & Lock," a royal embroidery workshop in the UK, will exhibit and sell one-of-a-kind works inspired by the Spring/Summer 2026 collection.

The works, inspired by culture, nature, and landscapes and memories encountered during travels, are expressed using a variety of materials such as beads, sequins, and metallic threads, creating a special collection that fuses delicate techniques with contemporary sensibility. Furthermore, on specific dates during the event, Pom Zyquita herself will visit the store and perform live embroidery.

This is a rare opportunity to witness the process of artwork creation up close.

Additionally, special pieces using "Goldwork," a traditional embroidery technique with a history dating back to the Middle Ages in Britain, will be featured. By applying this prestigious technique, also used for royal military and ceremonial uniforms, to TATRAS's modern designs, the brand proposes a new form of expression where historical handwork resonates with contemporary fashion.

During the event period, a digital embroidery customization service will be available for customers who purchase eligible items.

You can enjoy your own special garment by having your preferred designs, such as floral motifs or alphabets, embroidered on the spot.

This offers a new personalization experience that merges the charm of handwork with modern technology.

The spatial arrangement will be handled by HANAPSY, led by flower artist Toru Matsumoto.

With a unique style that redefines plants not just as decoration but as essential elements composing a space, HANAPSY will present a flower display inspired by the world of the TATRAS 2026 Spring/Summer Resort Summer Collection. The vibrant expression of plants will harmonize with the embroidered works, adding a more three-dimensional quality to the world of craft depicted in "THE CRAFT JOURNEY."
