Akemi Takada Solo Exhibition 'Angel Touch' Announced! Featuring a Making-of Video of New 'Creamy Mami' Artwork!

(EDITION88 Art Gallery) is pleased to announce the 'Akemi Takada Solo Exhibition -Angel Touch- 2026,' to be held from June 25 (Thu) to July 12 (Sun), 2026, at the EDITION88 Flagship Shop in Shinagawa, Tokyo. The exhibition will showcase original drawings from popular series like 'Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel,' for which Ms. Takada provided the character designs. In addition to displaying original art, the event will offer signed prints (88graph) and commemorative goods for purchase. A special highlight of this exhibition is the screening of a 15-minute making-of video showing the coloring process of the key visual artwork. An exclusive signing session with Akemi Takada will be held on July 12 for the first 100 customers who purchase original art or prints. Admission is free, though reservations are required for the opening day to manage crowds. A social media campaign offering signed posters is also underway.
