- This size is equivalent to approximately 18 to 36 general-sized cardboard boxes and can be used in place of a closet. You can store off-season clothes, futons, home appliances, and suitcases.

Recommended for families and corporate use
- 2 tatami to 3 tatami mats
- This size is equivalent to approximately 72 to 144 general-sized cardboard boxes and is quite spacious. It can be used to store large furniture and home appliances such as washing machines and bicycles, as well as office supplies and product inventory.

About Storage Room 'Spalab'
Spalab operates over 700 stores and more than 22,000 indoor storage rooms (rental storage spaces) primarily in Tokyo and Osaka.
Despite rising real estate prices, living spaces in urban areas are limited, and homes are becoming more compact. However, cherished items filled with memories, such as hobby equipment, seasonal clothing, or Hina dolls and Christmas trees used only a few times a year, do not become unnecessary.
To solve these urban problems, the storage room 'Spalab' was born.

Feature 1: Completely non-contact and non-face-to-face from viewing to contract and cancellation
Spalab storage rooms can be viewed non-face-to-face (by appointment), and contracts and cancellations can be completed online.
In response to the non-contact and non-face-to-face needs corresponding to the 'with Corona' era, we have adopted online applications based on customer feedback for those who want to use our services immediately.
*Since smart locks and dial keys are used, there is no need to receive a physical key.

Feature 2: Available in as little as 1 hour from application to use
Especially for busy business people in Tokyo, there are cases where a storage location is urgently needed due to sudden transfers, overseas assignments, or business trips.
To meet such needs, we have simplified the application and contract process as much as possible, making it available as soon as credit card payment is completed after the contract. Also, the keys used are smart locks and dial keys, not physical keys, so there is no hassle of receiving them.

Feature 3: Secure double security & surveillance system
Storage rooms are places where your important belongings are entrusted.
In addition to being individual rooms, keys are provided at both the entrance and each room. It's a secure double-lock system.
Furthermore, surveillance cameras are installed in the corridors within the storage room.
