U-ZERO to Host 'U-ZERO DAY 2026' on July 15, One of Japan's Largest Events for Employee Engagement Reform Knowledge

U-ZERO, a company supporting employee engagement reform, will host the organizational reform conference 'U-ZERO DAY 2026' on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday), at the Toranomon Hills Forum in Tokyo.

Amidst chronic labor shortages, Japanese companies are urged to pursue human capital management that balances talent retention and development with corporate growth. While many companies are working to visualize employee engagement against the backdrop of increased human capital disclosure requirements, transforming these findings into specific organizational changes and management policies remains a significant practical challenge for many.

This event is organized by U-ZERO, which was founded in 2025 by Masamune Mimura, the former CEO of Concur, who achieved a record-breaking seven consecutive years as the top 'Great Place to Work' in Japan. Last year's inaugural event attracted approximately 1,000 registrants and recorded a 97.6% satisfaction rate.

This year's theme, in its second year, is 'From Silent Organizations to Mutual Uplifting Organizations.' Centered on the 'Feedback Management' model recently established by U-ZERO CEO Masamune Mimura, the event explores the core of practice, from why engagement should be raised to how to actually realize it.

Case study lectures will feature management and HR executives from Fujitsu, Kitz, Yayoi, and Kanadevia, who will share their journeys of organizational transformation. Additionally, special guests Yukino Kikuma, a lawyer and former Fuji TV announcer, and Masao Hirano, former head of McKinsey & Company Japan, will share their perspectives on organizational communication and the cultivation of a feedback culture.
