Internet Culture Festival "NIGHT HIKE 2026 in Makuhari" to be Held at Makuhari Messe on October 31 and November 1, 2026!

TRIBALCON. Inc. has announced the first wave of lineup and the key visual for "NIGHT HIKE 2026 in Makuhari," a large-scale festival organized by the company, centered around internet culture and music & art. The festival will be held at Makuhari Messe on October 31 (Sat) and November 1 (Sun), 2026.

In conjunction with this announcement, sales for the "Limited Early Bird" advance tickets will begin today.

"NIGHT HIKE" started as an event aiming to provide a borderless experience of cultures regularly encountered online, such as music, illustration, and video, in a real-world space.

Since its inaugural event in 2023, it began at Shibuya WOMB, evolving into a circuit festival, expanding to multiple cities, holding overseas performances, and in May 2026, it hosted "NIGHT HIKE -scramble-’26" across five venues in Shibuya over two days. As a music festival originating from internet culture, it has continued to grow with its attendees, performers, creators, staff, and stakeholders.

Now, NIGHT HIKE is taking a leap to its first-ever event at Makuhari Messe.

We will bring all the experiences, encounters, excitement, regrets, challenges accumulated over the past three years, and the aspirations of every attendee, artist, supporter, and organizer to this Makuhari stage.

This "NIGHT HIKE 2026 in Makuhari" is both an extension of previous NIGHT HIKE events and a challenge into a completely new phase.

Through special productions made possible by the scale of Makuhari Messe, including lighting, visuals, sound, stage direction, and spatial design, we will deliver scenery never before seen at NIGHT HIKE to our attendees.

Internet culture no longer exists solely within screens.

Music, illustration, video, characters, streaming, Vocaloid, club music, bands, VTubers, creator culture. Expressions born in each scene intersect across genres and domains, creating new energy. Sharing that moment in a real festival space.

NIGHT HIKE positions this Makuhari event as a major festival to further advance the broad foundation of internet culture to the next phase.

This is not a festival created by the organizers alone.

It is a special two-day event created together with everyone who has been involved with NIGHT HIKE so far, the new attendees we will meet, performers, creators, staff, and every individual who loves internet culture.

We will further expand the genre-crossing combinations, spontaneous encounters unique to live events, and the multi-layered spread of internet culture that NIGHT HIKE has cherished, on the grand stage of Makuhari Messe.

The key visual features illustrations by the artist LAM and graphic design by BALCOLONY.

Based on vivid blue and fluorescent green, the visual condenses the immense scale of Makuhari Messe as the venue, the texture of digital culture, and the energy of NIGHT HIKE.

The fusion of LAM's powerfully present character illustrations with BALCOLONY.'s typography, layout, and graphic expression has created a key visual that symbolizes the world of "NIGHT HIKE 2026 in Makuhari," where music, illustration, video, and internet culture expand into a real festival space.
