TBM, Ligua, and GREEN HOLDING SPORT Sign MOU for 'Dr.Supporter' Product Expansion in Vietnam

(Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka; President: Norihiko Kawase; hereinafter 'Ligua'), and major Vietnamese distribution company CÔNG TY CP TẬP ĐOÀN XNK THƯƠNG MẠI & MÔI TRƯỜNG GREEN HOLDING - THỜI TRANG QUỐC TẾ (Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam; CEO: TRỊNH ĐỨC TÂM; hereinafter 'GREEN HOLDING SPORT') signed a memorandum of understanding on May 21, 2026, for the joint promotion and sales development of 'Dr.Supporter' products in the Vietnamese market.

Based on this MOU, the three companies will utilize GREEN HOLDING SPORT's sales and distribution network in Vietnam to promote 'Dr.Supporter' products, primarily targeting the sports equipment market. TBM will be responsible for supporting Ligua's overseas expansion and managing product transportation.

■ About Dr.Supporter

'Dr.Supporter' is a healthcare brand that incorporates IFMC. (IFMIC), a functional mineral derived from hot springs, into its fabrics. Centered around supporters that assist daily movements, it is used in bone-setting clinics nationwide as a high-quality product supporting daily body care and performance maintenance during sports. Since its launch in July 2021, the cumulative number of stores handling the product has exceeded 2,000.

■ About IFMC. (Integrated Functional Mineral Crystal)

IFMC. (Integrated Functional Mineral Crystal) is a nanometer-level fine mineral crystal developed by Teikoku Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., inspired by hot spring therapy. It is used by professional athletes and many other sportspeople and is widely adopted in products aimed at supporting daily performance.

Furthermore, academic research indicates a relationship between IFMC. and blood nitric oxide, and a patent (No. 6557442) has been obtained. Nitric oxide (NO) is known to be involved in blood flow regulation through vasodilation and plays an important role in maintaining vascular function, attracting global attention in the medical and health fields.

This initiative is the first concrete collaboration project based on the capital and business alliance (including TBM's investment in Ligua) between Ligua and TBM.

In recent years, the Vietnamese market has seen a significant increase in health awareness and sports participation, leading to growing demand for high-quality Japanese healthcare and sports-related products. Against this backdrop, the decision was made to expand 'Dr.Supporter', Ligua's flagship product, overseas to maximize the synergy of the two companies' capital and business alliance.

・TBM

Supporting Ligua's overseas expansion, including negotiations with GREEN HOLDING SPORT and research on local regulations, as well as managing the import/export and transportation of 'Dr.Supporter' from Japan to Vietnam.

・Ligua

Developing and supplying 'Dr.Supporter' products, including sports supporters processed with IFMC. (IFMIC).

・GREEN HOLDING SPORT

Local sales agent developed through TBM's network. Leveraging extensive experience as an agent for major Japanese sports brands and a strong sales network within Vietnam to sell products to local consumers.

■ Future Developments

Currently, based on the MOU signed by the three companies, they are promoting the establishment of a sales structure, formulation of marketing strategies, and confirmation of local permits and approvals. General sales to the public in Vietnam are scheduled to begin this fiscal year.
