SYNTH Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 with the concept of "making work styles more efficient, more creative, more stimulating, and more stylish." The company operates 10 service-oriented rental offices under the brand "SYNTH" (hereinafter referred to as "SYNTH") in the Kansai region. This will be their second store in Kyoto, following the directly managed store "SYNTH Business Center Mesh Kyoto Shijo Karasuma" (Location: 8F, Hase Building 2, 3F, 680-1 Omasakacho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture), which opened in April 2023. This new facility will be developed as the highest-tier premium series, following "SYNTH x Business-Airport Nishi-Umeda Breezetower," "WORKING SWITCH ELK x SYNTH Kobe Old Foreign Settlement No. 25," and "SYNTH Business Center Yodoyabashi Gate Tower."

This facility is a shared office located in an area historically associated with the Naginata Hoko float, which leads the Gion Festival procession. It is designed to reflect the characteristics of the Shijo Karasuma area, the center of Kyoto's economy, where tradition and innovation merge. The design embodies Kyoto as a city where new value and innovation are born, supporting the creative activities of its users.

The facility spans two floors with a total floor area of approximately 1,400 square meters and 64 private rooms, making it the largest base in the area and the largest in the series. In addition to a floor layout that allows free movement via a private staircase, the facility includes four shared lounges of various sizes and pantries on each floor, creating a comfortable and convenient work environment. Features include an open space with ceilings over 3 meters high and private rooms with operable windows, allowing users to feel natural breezes and fresh air despite being in the city center.

Furthermore, it features the "Premium Area," the first of its kind in the ELK x SYNTH series, offering a highly secure environment exclusively for its members. Equipped with a private lounge and web booths, it provides a more sophisticated and comfortable working space. The lounge and private rooms facing Shijo Street offer a close view of the Naginata Hoko, a symbol of the Gion Festival, creating an environment where people can work while feeling Kyoto's unique culture and urban vitality.
