In this initiative, we will combine HHRHD's operational expertise in the accommodation, hot spring, and dining businesses with the regional business foundation, human network, and planning capabilities that our company has cultivated, to promote the facility's revitalization at a practical level.

Furthermore, in addition to continuous discussions on management and operations, both companies will proceed with discussions regarding financial cooperation. This will allow us to concretely advance the necessary initiatives for revitalization, such as improving on-site operations, enhancing service quality, reviewing product value, and improving the revenue structure.
