Third Consecutive Stress-Free Company Award, Achieving Business Growth Through a Supportive Work Environment

The "Stress-Free Company" award is a system established by the "Stress-Free Company Award Committee" with the aim of promoting the creation of workplaces with less stress. Companies are selected and awarded based on the results of annual stress checks. Companies that conducted stress checks for 50 or more employees in the previous fiscal year and have an overall "Comprehensive Health Risk" of 90 or less are recognized as "Stress-Free Companies" each year. This year, 1,233 companies out of over 10,700 were eligible, and our company has been consecutively awarded since fiscal year 2024, marking our third win.

At our company, we believe that "good products are created through the rich imagination born from employees' mental well-being and active communication that transcends departmental boundaries." Therefore, we have actively worked to improve our employee benefits and work environment to ensure that our employees can approach their work with peace of mind.

Through these initiatives, we have fostered a more active communication environment and a setting conducive to focusing on work. As a result, our employee numbers have increased by approximately 1.7 times and sales by approximately 2.5 times over the past five years, demonstrating our ability to balance a supportive work environment with corporate growth.

"No Wallet Commute System" Reduces Psychological and Financial Stress During Work

One of our initiatives is the "No Wallet Commute System." Within the office, we provide free drinks, a water server, and snacks. Employees can also order lunch bento boxes, with the company covering a portion of the cost. Consequently, employees can commute without needing to carry a wallet.

This system is more than just a benefit; it aims to create an environment where employees can concentrate on their work by supporting their lives and those of their families. The average age of our employees is around 31, and many are experiencing life events such as marriage, childbirth, and childcare. It is also a period where significant changes can occur in their work, such as increased management responsibilities due to promotions.

The "No Wallet Commute System" is an initiative designed to alleviate the psychological and financial burdens employees face during these times. It also fosters spontaneous communication, sparked by shared access to drinks and snacks, leading to increased interaction across departments.
