(Head Office: Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture; President & CEO: Nobuhiko Yamakawa; hereinafter "Juhachi Shinwa Bank") to launch financial product brokerage services and begin offering financial products and services.

Juhachi Shinwa Bank is a regional bank based in Nagasaki Prefecture and a member of the Fukuoka Financial Group. It provides a wide range of financial services to local customers and businesses. Under its mission statement, "Enriching Nagasaki – A Bank for Co-Creating Prosperity," the bank aims to support individuals and enterprises in their endeavors through financial services, connecting wisdom and aspirations to address regional challenges and contribute to sustainable local economic development.

Under this new brokerage service, SBI Securities' comprehensive securities account opening will be promoted via Juhachi Shinwa Bank's website. This enables Juhachi Shinwa Bank's customers to open securities accounts directly through the bank's website and utilize various financial products and services offered by SBI Securities to conduct asset management aligned with their personal investment plans. Additionally, customers can use the "Juhachi Shinwa Bank Real-Time Deposit" service for funding.

The "Juhachi Shinwa Bank Real-Time Deposit" service allows fund transfers from individual ordinary deposit accounts at Juhachi Shinwa Bank to trading accounts at SBI Securities. After registering the transfer account on SBI Securities' website, customers can initiate transfers, with funds reflected instantly in their SBI Securities comprehensive account as available funds for investment, free of charge. The entire process—from account registration to transfer instruction—can be completed within SBI Securities' website. Notably, existing SBI Securities customers can also access this service by switching their account to the brokerage channel via Juhachi Shinwa Bank.

Through this partnership with Juhachi Shinwa Bank, SBI Securities aims to provide customers of the bank with a more convenient securities trading environment and support each individual's asset formation through its diverse range of financial products and services.
