Completion of Transition to Holding Company System, Change of Trade Name, and Officer Structure

1. Purpose and Overview of Transition to Holding Company System

Today (July 1, 2026), our company has transitioned to a holding company system and changed its trade name from "Kairikiya Co., Ltd." to "SAKIGAKE Holdings Co., Ltd." Furthermore, as of the same date, the food and beverage business that our company has been operating has been succeeded by our wholly-owned subsidiary, "Kairikiya Co., Ltd. Preparation Company," which has changed its trade name to "Kairikiya Co., Ltd." and will be responsible for business execution such as store operations.

This transition is aimed at separating group management functions from business execution functions, establishing a system where our company, as the holding company, will comprehensively manage group-wide management strategies, allocation of management resources, governance, M&A, and human resource strategies, while each operating company focuses on its respective business operations.

Through this, we have established a system to accelerate decision-making, strengthen business strategies, and enhance the corporate value of the entire group.
