April 20, 2026 (Monday), REA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "REA") provided its AI on-demand transportation system "Noruuu-Sharing" to the "Citizen Shared Taxi" operated by Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture and the Isumi City Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Isumi City and the Isumi City Chamber of Commerce and Industry operate the "Citizen Shared Taxi" as a means of transportation supporting the daily lives of citizens. Until now, reservation reception and the creation of dispatch plans required a significant amount of work, and more efficient operational management was needed.

Through the introduction of the AI on-demand transportation system "Noruuu-Sharing," in cooperation with the operating company, Otaki Taxi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Isumi-gun, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Yuta Horie (Kominato Railway Group)), we aim to reduce the operational burden on the operator and improve operational efficiency through automated dispatch planning, thereby providing more convenient mobility services.

The "Citizen Shared Taxi (Isumi City)" is a convenient mobility support service that provides pick-up and drop-off between your home or outing location and your destination, with people sharing a ride if they are going in the same direction at the same time.

・Operation area: Within Isumi City (Isumi / Ohara / Misaki districts)

・Fare: 300 yen/person per ride (Elementary/junior high school students: 100 yen, Children under elementary school age: Free)
