My relationship with Ashikita Town began when I first visited Kumamoto Prefecture in March of last year and had the opportunity to connect with Mr. Hashiguchi of the Ashikita Town Hall.
I have had the opportunity to speak with many local governments, but among them, I felt a strong passion from the people of Ashikita Town to "make the town better." Through monthly dialogues, I became strongly attracted to the charm and potential of Ashikita Town, which led to this initiative.
Through events such as the "Ashikita Fireworks Festival" and "ASHIKITA Co-creation DAY," I have had the humble opportunity to be involved in planning and operation with the people of Ashikita Town. Through each of these opportunities, I have realized the potential to contribute to the region through co-creation.
