A self-proclaimed habit-forming enthusiast, he has maintained a morning routine for over eight years. Has been broadcasting daily on Voicy since September 2023, surpassing 1,000 episodes, and appeared at Voicy Fan Festa 25. Has operated 'BeYond Labo My Challenge Salon' for seven years, supporting habit formation for adults across various professions, not just teachers.
