GrowNavi Reflect Adds Microsoft Teams Integration and Expands Dashboards to Support Employee Reflection and Visualize Organizational Issues

NTT ExC Partner Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinji Yano; hereinafter "the Company") will add a Microsoft Teams integration feature and expand the dashboard functions for HR staff and managers in its conversational AI service "GrowNavi Reflect," which promotes autonomous growth by supporting employee reflection. The new features will be available starting May 19, 2026. With this functional addition, employees will be able to use GrowNavi Reflect more easily from within the Teams chat they use for daily work. HR staff and managers can also use it to understand the state of the organization and consider measures. Through GrowNavi Reflect, the Company will support each employee's continuous reflection and the visualization and improvement of organizational issues, contributing to the practice of human capital management. 1. What is GrowNavi Reflect? "GrowNavi Reflect" is a service that supports the habit of daily reflection by encouraging each employee to organize their work insights, emotions, and thoughts through dialogue with a conversational AI chatbot. Employees can deepen their self-understanding through dialogue with the AI. Furthermore, based on daily dialogue logs, it visualizes the overall trends and challenges of the organization, which can be used by HR staff and managers to understand the organizational state and consider measures. GrowNavi Reflect supports both individual reflection and the identification of organizational issues, fostering autonomous employee growth and improving engagement. 2. About the New Additional Features ①Microsoft Teams Integration By integrating "GrowNavi Reflect" with Microsoft Teams, a communication tool used daily in many companies, employees can more easily use the reflection chat within their usual workflow. In addition to starting a GrowNavi Reflect chat from within Microsoft Teams, it is also possible to continue conversations while reviewing past dialogue logs. Since it can be used without switching business tools, it lowers the psychological barrier to use and encourages continuous employee reflection. Usage Status Screen Visualizes the number of chat users, usage frequency, daily trends, etc., to support the understanding of usage records and operational management. Attribute-based Summary Screen Organizes utterance content by topic category and positive/negative trends, allowing for a bird's-eye view of the organization's state. Detailed View Screen Enables detailed analysis through attribute combinations, period comparisons, and subdivided topic displays. These functions allow HR staff and managers to regularly check the overall situation of the organization and use it to follow up with target organizations and consider HR development measures and engagement improvement measures.
