NTT ExC Partner Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shinji Yano; hereinafter "the Company") will review its business operations structure to enhance the value it provides, primarily in the human capital sector. This review will involve functionally integrating the capabilities cultivated to date (sales, service/product development, operations, planning and strategy, etc.) and will commence anew from July 2026.

To date, the Company has strived to meet customer expectations by providing products and services primarily in the human capital sector, as well as offering consulting and solution proposals. On the other hand, with the rapid advancement of technologies such as AI, the management environment and challenges surrounding customers are expected to become even more complex and diverse. To quickly and comprehensively grasp the customer's management environment, extract true management challenges, and derive fundamental countermeasures, it is crucial to further enhance the specialization of each function. Therefore, we have decided to review our business-specific organizations in the human capital sector from a functional perspective.

Under the new business operations structure, we will provide advanced value by combining our strengths in human capital knowledge and expertise with AI technology and data. Specifically, we will link and integrate (platformize) our various products, such as autonomous career development support, training and learning services, and engagement improvement. Based on the analysis results of accumulated comprehensive employee experience data, we will evolve into a partnership-based business model that continuously provides consulting and solutions. Furthermore, to broadly address customer management challenges, we will gradually enhance the value of our platform, including expanding welfare benefit menus, and accelerate the DX of operational tasks (BPO) by expanding the scope of utilization of automation technologies, including AI-Agents. As a Human Capital Solutions Company, we will continue to be a partner that provides new value to our customers.
