"Ice Fest & Asian Night Market SHIZUOKA 2026" is a large-scale event that fuses Asian street food, ice desserts, and a night market atmosphere. It was conceived by the organizers to bring the vibrant energy and lively street food culture experienced in night markets across Asia to Shizuoka during summer.

This year’s event will be even bigger, featuring three distinct zones open all day—from daytime to night—offering fun for the entire family.

The Festival Zone will feature Thailand’s "Songkran (Water Festival)" during the day, while in the evening, the venue will be illuminated by colorful lanterns made of silk and bamboo, creating a vividly Asian atmosphere.

Starting this year, the event will use the digital ticketing service "Asoview!" to enhance visitor convenience and streamline entry.

"Ice Fest & Asian Night Market SHIZUOKA 2026" will be held from Friday, July 24 to Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Sunpu Castle Park. To improve accessibility and ensure smooth entry, the event will introduce a digital ticketing system via "Asoview!".

Seamless entry with smartphone QR tickets

Visitors can purchase advance tickets (¥450, tax included) in advance via "Asoview!" and simply present the QR code displayed on their smartphone at the entrance gate to receive an entry wristband. No paper tickets are required—purchase and entry are fully handled via smartphone.

On-site tickets (¥500, tax included) can be purchased at the entrance gate using cash or PayPay. Mobile vendors circulating around and inside the venue will also sell tickets.

Wristband system enables smooth re-entry and identity verification

All attendees will receive a wristband upon entry, which serves as proof of admission to the venue (main area: front plaza of Koyo-en Garden). Wristbands are valid for one day only and are color-coded by day to confirm validity. The entrance will feature separate tents for QR code scanning and on-site ticket purchases to reduce congestion and ensure smooth entry and exit.

Children from infancy through elementary school age, individuals with a disability certificate, and up to two accompanying persons may enter free of charge.
