Our company is developing a service that allows anyone to easily create figures that closely resemble pets, people, or objects from a single photo, with the aim of creating new ways to preserve memories and a new experience of gifting figures.
Based on this funding, we will focus on further advancing our AI-based 3D modeling technology, aiming for higher reproducibility and accuracy.
Through this, we aim to expand our scale as a leading company in the untapped market of '3D figures' that resemble people, pets, and objects – figures for preserving non-IP memories, comparable to the IP figure market – and spread a new culture of giving form to memories worldwide.
■ To stably produce higher quality figures
Our figures have always been produced using our proprietary AI modeling method and high-precision 3D printing technology, achieving an average satisfaction rating of 4.3 out of 5 in user surveys.
However, with this funding, we plan to update our AI algorithms to enable stable production of figures that satisfy our users even more.
Challenges in AI-driven Figure Production
The biggest challenge in current AI-based 3D modeling technology is that the quality is affected by the source image used for the figure.
When creating from limited photos available, the finish often depended on factors like photo resolution and color, influenced by lighting conditions.
