It has a history of witnessing the city's changes as part of the Omotesando landscape for half a century, with an exterior that exudes a sense of weight over time, while the interior is maintained as a functional space supporting tenant business activities. This building, where traditional appearance and modern functionality coexist, was selected as a base that embodies the spirit of 'Onkochishin'—'valuing the wisdom of the past while forging a new future'—as expressed in the company name 'NEWOLD,' and as a place symbolizing the Company's aspirations.
