Through online consultations, ANS. has addressed the confusion surrounding home care and the anxiety about whether "skin conditions are being accurately conveyed" due to the lack of in-person interaction.
This service combines ANS.'s unique skin analysis method with Panasonic's AI technology to capture "the current state of your skin" through objective indicators, developing a new beauty guidance experience to support home care.
ANS.'s physician-supervised questionnaires and skin patch test data are comprehensively evaluated, and Panasonic's AI technology is utilized to automate and streamline data processing. Based on this data, ANS. physicians will propose a care plan tailored to your skin type. This creates a new, supportive care experience that can be continued with confidence, using an approach backed by objective data, rather than "vague skin care."
New Experience Offered by "ANS. Skin Diagnosis Select (Beta Version)"
1. Understand: Precisely visualize "the current state of your skin" with expert knowledge supervised by ANS. physicians
Data from "questionnaires (qualitative)" supervised by ANS. physicians and ANS.'s unique "skin patch tests (quantitative)" are combined, and data processing is automated and streamlined by Panasonic's AI technology. Sebum secretion levels and stratum corneum condition, which have often relied on intuition, are quantified on a 5-stage scale, allowing you to understand your objective skin condition in detail.
2. Select: Propose a care plan tailored to your skin type Based on the analysis results, skincare items are selected to match your current skin condition. Furthermore, a care plan is proposed that combines Panasonic facial devices to keep your skin healthy daily. By combining accumulated beauty knowledge with beauty appliances, we support confident home care.
3. Continue: Supportive care from experts Based on the analysis results from "ANS. Skin Diagnosis Select (Beta Version)", specialized skin advisors who have received physician training will provide continuous support through "HADA Consultation Room," an in-app chat service within ANS. Professionals will work hand-in-hand with you, tracking daily skin changes and habits based on the data accumulated in "HADA Log."

Past Achievements: Through the collaboration of both companies, the AI assistant "AI Skin-chan" was developed. In online consultations, a psychological barrier still exists, with concerns that "it might be difficult to make accurate judgments without face-to-face interaction."
This initiative is an attempt to visualize quantitative skin information such as stratum corneum and sebum, which have been difficult to capture online, in addition to questionnaires, and to use it as an objective indicator for selecting daily home care. We believe this is a challenge to overcome the anxiety of non-face-to-face interaction through the power of technology and expand the possibilities of future online consultations.
