Project Overview
Mission Full Inc. (Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Yuki Kanewaka), which provides coaching for corporations and individuals, will launch the "Map Journey Project" in late April 2026.
Author Yuki Kanewaka will travel across Japan with his book, "Free Yourself from Life's Fog! A Map for 'What You Want to Do'" (published by SB Creative, released April 5, 2026), visiting 100 facilities including high schools, universities, co-working spaces, companies, and guest houses.
Through free book donations and complimentary talk sessions (30–60 minutes) for interested facilities, he will provide 3,000 people with the spark to realize what they want to do.
This project is not merely a promotional activity for the book.
There is significance in the author traveling across the country to reach out directly to young people in their 20s and 30s who are struggling with thoughts like, "I can't find what I want to do" or "I don't know which path to take."
Social Issues the Project Aims to Solve
The struggle of "not being able to find what I want to do" or "wondering if I should stay on my current path" is not a sign of individual weakness, but a problem created by social structures.
This project estimates that if mismatch-related turnover can be reduced by 5–10%, it could prevent 14,000 to 28,000 early resignations annually. We are tackling this social issue by approaching young people directly.
