Our company supports April Dream, a project that aims to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams.

This press release is Mission Full's dream.

Mission Full Co., Ltd. (Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Yuki Kanewaka), which provides coaching for corporations and individuals, hereby declares its earnest dream for April Dream 2026: the translation and publication of the book "The Map to What You Really Want: Free Yourself from Life's Ambiguity!" (published by SB Creative) into various languages worldwide, and the realization of the "Map Journey Project: World Tour Edition" by author Yuki Kanewaka.

*April Dream is a project where companies and individuals announce their "earnest dreams" on April 1st. It is not an April Fool's joke.

Why go global? "Not knowing what you want to do" is not just a Japanese problem.

According to a survey by Gallup, only 6% of Japanese people are engaged in their work (lowest among 139 countries).

However, this is not limited to Japan. Globally, only 23% of employees are engaged in their work. The questions "I don't know what I want to do" and "Is this the right path for my life?" are universal concerns shared by young people around the world, transcending language, culture, and borders.

Author Yuki Kanewaka, after completing his master's degree at Osaka University Graduate School, embarked on a round-the-world trip. During his journey through 27 countries and 60 cities, he personally experienced that young people in various countries were in the same state of "lost in life."

After returning to Japan, he established the "Map to What You Really Want Method" through coaching over 1,500 individuals. The culmination of this work is the book "The Map to What You Really Want," to be released in April 2026.

Beyond the "Map Journey Project" of lecturing to 3,000 people at 100 facilities across Japan, the author envisions a truly earnest dream.

Map Journey Project: World Tour Edition - The Full Scope of the Dream

【DREAM①】Translation and publication of "The Map to What You Really Want" into various languages worldwide

Starting with the Japanese edition, we aim to translate and publish the book into major languages such as English, Chinese, Spanish, French, and Arabic.

We are confident that the universal method of "removing mental clutter (Have to) and finding what you truly want to do" will resonate regardless of culture or language.

Our first dream is to enable as many people as possible to draw their own map in their native language.

【DREAM②】Dialogue with education ministers and ministries equivalent to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in each country

While traveling to 200 countries worldwide, we will engage in direct dialogue with education ministers and heads of ministries responsible for education policy in each country.

"We want to bring the 'Map to What You Really Want Method' to the field of career education."

By directly conveying this desire to those involved in policy-making, we aim to influence the education system itself.

One author creating an opportunity to change global education. We will keep knocking on doors to achieve this.

【DREAM③】Lectures at the largest venues in 200 countries worldwide

We will deliver lectures primarily in Japanese and English at the largest venues in each country, where many young people aged 20-30 gather.

The stages will be university auditoriums, international conference halls, and career events hosted by national governments.

"I want to see the faces of people when they discover what they truly want to do, all over the world."

That is the author's driving force.

【DREAM④】The "Map to What You Really Want Method" becomes the standard for career education in Japan

By disseminating this method globally, we aim for it to be re-imported and established as a standard method in career education within Japan.

We will bring a new perspective of "removing mental clutter" to Japanese career education, which has traditionally focused on "self-analysis" and "strength discovery."

For now, starting with a Japan tour. The Map Journey Project begins in late April 2026.

The grand dream of the World Tour Edition begins with a Japan tour.

This project has already received support from 308 individuals through crowdfunding.

From late April 2026, author Yuki Kanewaka will travel across Japan with his book, visiting 100 facilities nationwide, including university career centers, co-working spaces, companies, and guesthouses.

He will provide free copies of the book and conduct 30-60 minute talk sessions (free of charge).

The goal is to lecture to 3,000 people. The journey will not end until he has visited 100 facilities and lectured to 3,000 people.

At each visited location, he will also offer 30 minutes of free coaching to facility managers and representatives. Additionally,

Press releases will be sent to local media 2-3 weeks prior to each visit, along with complimentary copies of the book, aiming to secure media coverage on the day of the event.
