DX Education Facility "Hero Egg" Selected as Kansai Venue for International Business Contest "SIH 2026" for Second Consecutive Year, Fostering Next-Generation 'Public Creators'!

Meta Heroes Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Kazutoshi Matsuishi; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that its DX education space "Hero Egg" (Namba Parks 1F, Osaka) has been selected as the Kansai venue for the international business contest "SIH International Business Creation Contest 2026" to be held in 2026.

Following last year, from the Namba area of Osaka, we will once again support the emergence of "Public Creators," next-generation entrepreneurs who solve social issues with technology and ideas.

"Hero Egg," operated by the Company, has been adopted as the Kansai base for the "SIH International Business Creation Contest 2026," organized by SDGs Innovation HUB (SIH), an international platform that supports business contests and innovation creation for achieving SDGs.

This contest consists of four categories: "Art, Science, Business, and Public," and seeks business ideas from around the world that solve social issues using AI and DX. Hero Egg will support the challenges of young innovators who will take flight globally, starting with the Japan/Asia preliminary round on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

■ What is the SIH International Business Contest?

SDGs Innovation HUB (SIH) is an international platform aiming to create innovation "from local to global" by fostering collaboration among regions, countries, companies, universities, and organizations for the realization of a sustainable future.

Entries for this business contest are possible from the following four categories:

• Society/Government/Public Sector (♠): Businesses related to national/local governments and international organizations

• Family/Private/Art Sector (♡): Businesses related to temples/shrines, arts, education, culture, and lifestyle

• Organization/Industry/Business Sector (♢): Companies, startups, commerce, manufacturing, DX, etc.

• Region/Academia/Science Sector (♣): Related to educational institutions, nature/agriculture, environment, science, etc.

There are two participation formats: "Hackathon (business plan)" and "Ideathon (idea plan)." Participants will also have opportunities for future business commercialization support, regional demonstration, summer internships, corporate partnerships, and DX human resource certification.

Hero Egg is a DX education facility opened in August 2024, where you can learn about metaverse (XR) and AI. Located on the 1st floor of "e-Stadium Namba Main Store" in Namba Parks, a commercial facility in Namba, Osaka, with the concept of "children and adults learning together," it offers experiential programs for games and AI, seminars, and practical workshops.
