MAIA to Offer "Accounting Digital Talent" Training Curriculum in Collaboration with Hatena Base Inc. and freee K.K.

To create an environment where women can work with fulfillment, MAIA Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Kaito Setoguchi; hereinafter "Hatena Base") to further expand the learning curriculum provided through the "Digital Women Project," which is implemented in cooperation with local governments.

As the first initiative of this collaboration, the "Accounting Digital Talent" training curriculum has been decided for the "Work Digitally! Shizuoka Women's Support Program" in Shizuoka City, which began accepting applications on July 1, 2026 (Wed).

Based on the unique reskilling support and course operation knowledge cultivated to date, and in order to respond quickly to diversifying market needs, MAIA has now partnered with Hatena Base, which has extensive experience and specialized knowledge in supporting the introduction and utilization of cloud accounting software "freee Accounting." Through this, we aim to simultaneously achieve increased productivity for regional companies and economic independence for women by fostering specialized personnel who can strongly promote DX in back-office operations.

This curriculum aims to develop "Accounting Digital Talent" who can not only master bookkeeping tasks but also correctly understand management figures and support the sustainable growth of companies from the back office. By combining this with efficiency improvement skills through digital utilization, we will produce specialized personnel with high market value.
