About the Tochigi Digital Work Women's Project

Through e-learning provided by MAIA, participants in the project will systematically learn the flow of core corporate operations while using systems. Since participants can learn the 'mechanisms to streamline clerical work digitally' from the basics, even IT beginners can comfortably take their first steps as digital professionals.

This fiscal year, the curriculum strengthens the utilization of generative AI, which significantly enhances operational efficiency, and Microsoft Office courses essential for business, realizing skill acquisition more directly linked to practical work. Furthermore, it offers a broad curriculum beyond IT skills, including essential mindsets and business skills for working, as well as financial training to review personal values.

After completion, the project aims to reduce anxieties about women's abilities and experiences while enabling them to work flexibly at higher rates through job introductions, including work-sharing tasks utilizing IT skills, as a way of working that is not restricted by time or location.

(1) Application Period: May 18, 2026 (Mon) - July 31, 2026 (Fri)

(2) Learning Curriculum
① Business Skills Program (approx. 38 hours)
- Group training
- Business basics
- Self-improvement (Mindset)
- IT basics
- Telework basics

② Digital Skills Program (approx. 152 hours)
- Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
- AI utilization / App development
- Core business systems

(3) Capacity: 30 participants

(4) Application Requirements
- Women aged 18 or older residing in Tochigi Prefecture
- Those who desire diverse work styles and are motivated to work
- Those who can prepare the recommended learning environment
- Those who can prepare a Gmail address
- Those who can cooperate with post-course surveys, etc.
