Accelerating Social Implementation: Three New Startups Launched from Social Experiment Community "DICT"

DICT (operated by Link & Innovation Co., Ltd.), a social experiment community for co-creative innovation via Web3.0/DAO, is pleased to announce that three community members have newly launched startups and begun their activities as social entrepreneurs.

This entrepreneurial endeavor also serves as a challenge to implement the research and practices conducted at the Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA) into real society. Over the three years since its founding, DICT has produced 15 corporations. With the addition of these three new companies focused on the business domains of "education, culture, and co-creation," the community's function as a "resonance field" is further strengthened.

From Social Experiment to Social Implementation

DICT (Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology) has repeatedly conducted social experiments that generate unpredictable value through the blending of diverse expertise, based on the social physics insights of founder Shinya Yamamoto.

Following their innovation management research at the Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration, these three individuals aim to implement the ideas they honed in the co-creative space of DICT into society as businesses centered on their respective expertise. Three challenges, differing in both domain and methodology, begin here.

Introduction of the Three Newly Formed Companies and Founders

1. Unite & Glow Inc. Representative Director: Shuhei Miyasaka

[Vision] Creating a society where "everyone" walks together.

[Business Content] - Planning and promotion of co-creation projects connecting educational/research institutions and companies - Planning and development of next-generation co-creative educational programs - Provision of career education and social-collaboration workshops - Support for innovation creation across education, research, and society

[Representative Profile] After graduating from the Tokyo Gakugei University Faculty of Education, he worked in the Marketing Division of Otsuka Corporation, engaging in digital transformation support projects for Japanese companies, including AI/IoT and work-style reform. Since 2018, he has served as an official facilitator for JTB's career education programs, conducting lectures at junior and senior high schools nationwide and participating in curriculum development for correspondence high schools. He completed the Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA). During his studies, he promoted the "International Co-creation Education Project: Shion" and explored new forms of co-creative education through domestic and international academic presentations. Currently, as a specialized researcher at the Tokyo Gakugei University Organization for Education Incubation, he supports international education projects while working on co-creation projects that bridge IT, education, and research.

2. Libera Inc. Representative Director: Shoichi Kono

[Mission] Unleashing human potential.

[Business Content] - Consulting and advisory services for educational institutions - Planning and development of educational programs that create next-generation learning - Provision of mindset education that draws out individual intrinsic motivation

[Representative Profile] During his student years, he dedicated himself to karate, achieving the national championship in both junior and senior high school. He became a high school social studies teacher and led his karate students to national victory using his own unique coaching methods. Subsequently, he has been involved at the forefront of diverse educational settings both domestically and internationally, including the launch of a correspondence high school and school management in Bangladesh. He completed the Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA) program. Inspired by the DICT environment during his studies, he founded his company. He is currently deepening research into "Death Reflection," which crosses philosophy, management, pedagogy, and medicine, and plans to implement this unique approach into his business as a next-generation development program.

[Mission & Values] The company name "Libera" means "free," "release," and "independent" in Latin. Its greatest mission is to liberate individuals who are consumed by conventional centralized systems and peer pressure, creating a state where they can act according to their own will.

3. eunoe Inc. Representative Director: Yuka Masauji

[Mission] Good thoughts, to the next step. Supporting ambitious people through expression and technology.

[Business Content] - Web and book writing - Digital marketing support - Planning and branding for books and spaces featuring books

[Representative Profile] After working in editing and web content production for the movie information site "Eiga.com" and the travel comparison site "Travelko," she gained broad experience in the digital marketing field, including EC site operation, SNS management, and web advertising operation. As a co-founder of the share-type library "Mousou Toshoshitsu ~Mintosho in Hiroo~," she was involved in place-making through books. She is currently enrolled in the Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA). While working as a web writer, book writer, and web consultant, she is developing a business to protect and nurture spaces with books and reading culture.

[Mission & Values] Toward a society where everyone can honestly speak of hope for tomorrow. Without choosing expressions that hurt others or means that lack dignity, she pursues aesthetic sense and interest as a creator. She aspires to design a harmonious form of happiness where all involved people and society can prosper together.

What is the Co-Creation Innovation Community "DICT"?

DICT (Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology) is a community founded in 2022 by social entrepreneur and social physicist Shinya Yamamoto. Based on Web3.0 and DAO, it explores new forms of value creation through social experiments that fuse design, innovation, co-creation, and technology. It operates in diverse locations both in Japan and overseas, and has produced 15 corporations in three years. Alongside his business activities, he serves as a visiting professor, guest professor, or part-time lecturer at multiple universities, including Osaka University Graduate School, Osaka University Hospital, Kobe University Graduate School, and Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration. He engages in academic and clinical research, industry-academia collaboration, creation of university-originated startup ecosystems, and educational activities for undergraduate and graduate students in medical and business schools regarding innovation management, technology management, policy science, cognitive science, artificial intelligence, and digital health. He has also served as a member of policy review committees for various central government ministries, as well as a special researcher and research collaborator for scientific research projects. His expertise lies in Chemistry (BSc), Molecular Biology (MSc), and Technology/Innovative Management (PhD).
