Web3.0/DAO social experiment community "DICT" (Operated by: Link & Innovation Inc.) is pleased to announce that three community members have newly established companies and commenced activities as social entrepreneurs. This initiative represents a challenge to implement research and practice from Hosei University's Graduate School of Innovation and Management (MBA) into real-world society. In its three years since establishment, DICT has fostered 15 corporate entities. The addition of three new companies focusing on "Education, Culture, and Co-creation" will further strengthen the community's function as a "Resonance Field". From Social Experiment to Social Implementation DICT (Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology) has repeatedly conducted social experiments based on the insights of founder Shinya Yamamoto's social physics, generating unpredictable value through the intersection of diverse expertise. The three individuals, after completing their research in innovation management at Hosei University's Graduate School, will aim to socially implement ideas refined within the co-creative environment of DICT, centered around their respective areas of expertise. Three distinct challenges, differing in domain and methodology, begin here. ■ Introduction of the Three Newly Formed Companies and Their Founders 1. Unite & Glow Inc.
