'Girls, by Auri Hirao' Exhibition
LILIUM Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hideki Fujita; hereinafter 'LILIUM'), which plans and operates the yuri-focused event exhibition 'Yuriten', opened the 'Girls, by Auri Hirao' exhibition on Friday, June 5, 2026. This is the first special exhibition hosted at its permanent yuri book cafe, 'Atelier LILIUM', and features a collaboration with popular manga artist Auri Hirao. The venue displays over 20 items, including analog original manuscripts and illustrations drawn specifically for this exhibition. It also offers exclusive merchandise, novelty distributions for visitors, and a special menu.
Auri Hirao is a highly popular manga artist celebrated for creating works centered on 'girls' and relationships between women, such as 'Oshi ga Budokan Ittekuretara Shinu' (Tokuma Shoten) and 'Neon Fish' (Shodensha). LILIUM, which has collaborated with her at 'Yuriten' since 2017, launched this inaugural special exhibition at the Ikebukuro-based 'Atelier LILIUM' today, June 5, 2026. A special website compiling information about the exhibition has also been launched concurrently.

1. Display of over 20 analog manuscripts and newly drawn illustrations
In addition to displaying the original artwork of illustrations drawn specifically for this exhibition, the venue features carefully selected analog and replicated manuscripts from her representative works. These include 'Oshi ga Budokan Ittekuretara Shinu' and 'Manga no Tsukurikata' (Tokuma Shoten), 'Joshi ni wa Rekishi ga Arimashite' (KADOKAWA), 'Seishun no Hikari to Nanka' (Takeshobo), and 'Neon Fish' (Shodensha). In today's highly digitalized manga production landscape, these rare analog manuscripts allow visitors to closely appreciate delicate brushstrokes, screentones, and even correction marks. Being able to pick up the compiled volumes containing the exhibited works right at the venue is an experience unique to a book cafe. Relevant publications are also provided at the venue, allowing visitors to read magazines featuring interviews with the artist, such as 'Kikan S' (Pie International).
