LIFULL HOME'S, a real estate and housing information service operated by LIFULL Co., Ltd., aims to provide a secure housing search experience by maintaining high 'listing freshness.' As of April 9, 2026, the company has initiated a data integration with TAKUTO, a property management firm with over 50,000 units primarily in the Kansai region, to automatically remove listings that are no longer available. This partnership brings the total number of collaborating management companies to 26, covering approximately 2.79 million units. A common issue in the industry is the unintentional creation of 'bait listings' (ghost listings) when real estate brokers fail to update their advertisements in real-time after a property is taken off the market. LIFULL HOME'S utilizes an industry-first 'automatic removal function for closed listings.' Through this new integration, properties that are leased or withdrawn from the market by TAKUTO will be automatically removed from the LIFULL HOME'S platform, thereby enhancing the accuracy of information provided to users.
