InfoDeliver Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Chairman: Katsu Shang) announces the transition to a new management structure effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Mr. Katsu Shang will assume the role of Representative Director and Chairman, while Mr. Eiichiro Yamaguchi will be appointed as Representative Director and President.
