if Inc. (Nakano-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "the Company") is offering its PM Advanced Course (3 months) through its online programming school "Tech Mentor," as a selected course for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Career Advancement Support Program through Reskilling."

This course allows participants to aim for career advancement while receiving up to a 70% subsidy on tuition fees. Participants will learn practical skills from requirements definition and design to project management and AI utilization, with individual support from active PM mentors.

Why are PM Skills in Demand Now?

With the rapid spread of AI, many tasks are being automated and made more efficient. On the other hand, the importance of project management (PM), which requires "human thinking ability," is only increasing.

While AI excels at processing tasks, it cannot replace the "management" aspect of organizing requirements, uniting a team, and driving a project forward. Rather, PMs who can lead teams while effectively utilizing AI are the most sought-after professionals in the coming era.

Furthermore, PMs require a wide range of skills, including technical skills, management ability, communication skills, and AI knowledge. Consequently, there is a chronic shortage of ready-to-work PMs, with salaries in the mid-5 million yen range for those in their 20s and mid-6 million yen range for those in their 30s, which is higher than for engineers. The PM Advanced Course is a practical online program designed for PM beginners and non-engineers to acquire the skills of a ready-to-work PM in as little as 3 months.

Curriculum Overview

Month 1: PM Fundamentals, Requirements Definition, Design

Starting with the roles and responsibilities of a PM, participants will acquire practical design skills such as functional requirements definition, wireframes, screen transition diagrams, and ER diagrams. They will also learn to operate project management tools like GitHub and spreadsheets. Practical assignments include creating requirements definition documents, functional specifications, and screen design documents.

Month 2: Project Management, Quality Management

Participants will comprehensively learn project execution skills required in the field, including WBS, effort estimation, schedule management, agile development, risk management, and quality management. They will also experience practical PM tasks using GitHub Projects.

Month 3: AI Utilization, Troubleshooting, Review

Participants will learn practical troubleshooting skills, from planning AI-assisted releases to handling bugs, complaints, and crisis management. They will complete their portfolios by creating GitHub repositories and review reports.

Pricing and Subsidy System

*AI tool usage fees of approximately 7,000 yen per month will be charged separately. *In addition to the course fee, there is a separate material fee of up to 20,000 yen.

The regular price for the PM Advanced Course (3 months) is 437,800 yen (tax included). However, by utilizing the subsidy program from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Career Advancement Support Program through Reskilling," participants can enroll for a maximum of 70% subsidy, effectively costing 159,200 yen (tax included).

An additional 20%支給 upon転職 (job change) to a company introduced by us or remaining employed for over 1 year.

Eligibility for Subsidy: Employed individuals (part-time andアルバイト are eligible) *Company executives, officers, and freelancers are not eligible.

Through the PM Advanced Course, we aim to produce professionals with "management, design, and decision-making abilities" that only humans can demonstrate in the AI era.
