HYV Inc. announced that the SILK, a women-only machine Pilates studio brand, will hold the grand opening of its Ginza Sakura-dori Studio on May 15, 2026. The new studio will be the brand’s 44th location overall and its third location in the Ginza area. The Ginza Sakura-dori Studio is conveniently located about two minutes on foot from Kyobashi Station and Ginza-itchome Station, and is also accessible from Takaracho, Ginza, Yurakucho, and Tokyo stations. The address is 7F, Ginza Premier Building, 1-8-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The studio’s interior concept is “LAYERED SILENCE,” a refined space where layers of quietness accumulate. Designed with rhythms of light and straight lines, the studio aims to help visitors reset their thoughts and bodies, offering a calm environment away from the bustle of Ginza. As a women-only studio offering personal lessons, it provides a private setting where clients can focus on Pilates without worrying about their surroundings. Facilities include locker rooms and powder rooms, with ReFa hair dryers and hair irons available free of charge, making it easy to visit before or after other plans. the SILK’s personal lessons use all four major Pilates machines: Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, and Barrel. Skilled instructors select the most suitable approach based on each client’s physical condition and goals. Personal lesson supervision and overall direction are led by Yasuyo Fukai, founder of ViBody Pilates. To celebrate the opening, the Ginza Sakura-dori Studio is offering a limited-time campaign: a 50-minute first trial lesson for 2,000 yen, a hands-free trial set with rental wear and other items, no enrollment fee, and no registration fee. The enrollment and registration fee benefits are limited to customers who join and sign a monthly contract on the day of their trial. Monthly contracts require a three-month commitment, and customers need to bring a cash card for the bank account they plan to use. the SILK says it plans to continue opening new studios in the future.
