GreenAI Collaborates with Dentsu Soken, Selected for Hiroshima Prefecture Project for Second Consecutive Year

Green AI Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hirohisa Iwamoto; hereinafter "Dentsu Soken").

■ Acceleration of decarbonization support for regional companies through two consecutive years of adoption

Green AI will participate in this project again this year, following last year. Last year, we supported companies in the prefecture not only in visualizing emissions but also in creating highly effective reduction plans that indicate "which equipment updates and energy-saving measures should be implemented, and in what order."

This year, leveraging last year's knowledge, we will propose more concrete measures that directly lead to implementation.

Green AI, based on a database of over 5,700 reduction measures, compares and optimizes not only CO2 reduction amounts but also investment recovery and running costs, thereby transforming the idea that "decarbonization = increased costs" and supporting decarbonization management that leads to profit.

■ Project Overview

This project targets 40 small and medium-sized enterprises in Hiroshima Prefecture, providing consistent support from CO2 emission calculation to reduction plan formulation and specific measure selection. Green AI, as part of the support system centered around Dentsu Soken, will provide its energy reduction and CO2 reduction system "Green AI" and be responsible for formulating feasible and economically rational reduction plans for each company.

Hiroshima Prefecture announced its "2050 Hiroshima Net Zero Carbon Declaration" in 2021, and this project is being implemented as part of its support for prefectural companies towards achieving this goal.
