GOOEN Inc. and Korea's THE BOU COMPANY Sign Strategic Business Partnership

GOOEN Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director: Yusuke Urano) is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic business partnership (MOU) with THE BOU COMPANY INC., a Korean beauty company (Representatives: Choi Seong-suk, Jung Jong-wook), aimed at strengthening the distribution and marketing of Korean beauty brands in the Japanese market.

Through this partnership, both companies will work toward expanding distribution channels and enhancing brand value for Korean beauty brands in Japan, strengthening their presence across both offline and online platforms.

Specifically, the collaboration will include expansion into a wide range of offline retail channels such as department stores, select shops, lifestyle shops, beauty specialty stores, variety stores, and pop-up stores, as well as enhanced sales through major e-commerce platforms including Qoo10, Amazon, Rakuten Market, and Yahoo! Shopping.

Additionally, the companies will collaborate with Japanese influencers and creators to broaden brand awareness and strengthen consumer engagement.
